Defend From Rights of Asylum of Khaled Isafi

 

Khaled member’s of Communist Party as a politic refugee arrived to Norway end of 2002. The First interview from him was made on 09.01.2003. The Severity politics of Norway’s government is against the asylum without attention to the situation of requested persons.

Khaled was received negative answers in few interviews after two years trying and waiting. Because of negative answer he left Norway to try again in Holland. Beginning of 2005, he captured by Holland’s police during his requisition for politic refugee. Police put him in cell of jail. The jailers have atrocity behavior with him. They are ordered to keep him alone in cell and persecute him. Because of barbarities of police, Khaled went to strike of food. After 10 days of striking, police was compelled to change his place from cell to public place.

Norway’s government such as few other countries is against the refugee’s rights. In this way, they did not accept Khaled as a politic refugee.

We are requesting from all Parties, Freedom loving, Social/Political organizations, Unions, Laboring and other united or freemen to attend to the right of Khaled, to ask from Holland’s government to release Khaled from jail and accept him as a politic refugee. He is waiting and needs the cooperation of all freemen.
