SAGHEZ

According to sent reports from city of SAGHEZ on monday 12th of december 2005, 8 people in the names of MOSTAFA TAVFIGHI, SIVAN GHAHREMANI, LOGHMAN MOHRI, PAYMAN MOHRI, MOHAMMAD SALEH NOSRATI, LOGHMAN MOHAMMADI, ABBAS REZAZADEH and FATAH REZAZADEH were trialed by court of justice in this city.

The above-named persons had been arrested in the course of humanity demonstrations in cities of Kurdistan in August of 2005.

It is necessary to explain that those arrested did not have lawyer. In other words they had been deprived from this right.

  

SANANDAJ

Word came that, a young person in the name of POYA EBRAHIMABADI was killed by the regime police. He had been arrested on Sunday 4th of December 2005.

 

KURDISTAN'S WEAVING FACTORY IN SANANDAJ

Workers of the above-mentioned factory gathered in front of medical university by reason of hygienic conditions at their work place on Tuesday 13th of December 2005.

Should say many of these workers have been involved in asthma, pulmonary and hearing illnesses.

At the same time the regime forces besieged protester workers.

  

THE TURKISH POLICE FORCES ATTACKED IRANIAN KURDISH ASYLUM SEEKERS

According to received news on Tuesday 13th of December 2005 many of asylum seekers took sanctuary in front of The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Turkey.

At the same time the Turkish police attacked objector asylum seekers also they beat and arrested about one hundred of them.

At present these asylum seekers have very bad situations. Must say there are 1204 asylum seekers in Turkey whom are political activists.

  

SARDASHT

In conformity with news the regime wage-earner killed one more business-man in city of SARDASHT.

On Friday 9th of December 2005 when a few business-men were carrying some goods suddenly the frontier controllers shot them. After this wildly attack a young business-man in the name of HOSSAIN MASLEHAT was killed.

By reason of poverty and unemployment many people carry smuggled goods at frontier areas compulsorily and unfortunately tens of them lose their life as the result of different events yearly.
