news from city of KHOMIN former managing director of this COTTON FACTORY in the
name of JAWAD RAHMATI is fled after receiving 130000 dollars loan from mine &
industry bank.
The mentioned factory
transferred to special portion by mine & industry bank, 2 years ago from that
time the workers have met with numerousness problems.
It is necessary to
remember the labor of KHOMIN’S COTTON FACTORY have protested to non-pay their
delayed wages several times.
PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER IN MARIWAN
Personnel of public health center in
city of MARIWAN are going to strike.
According to published news by web
site of PAYAMNER the employees of MARIWAN’S PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER announced that
they were going to strike in the future.

Workers of MOGHAN’S PLANTATION
COMPANY have four months delayed wages. The above-named company has five
thousand workers. That company is located in ARDABIL province.
The employers want to fire one
thousand formal & conventional workers out next month.
SANGEROOD’S COAL MINE
Problems of labor of SANGEROOD’S COAL
MINE have not been dissolved yet.

Gylan’s province with expired one month of the labor’s strike but the employers
do not like to investigate to labor’s requests. After the SANGEROOD COAL MINE
transferred to special portion 650 its workers took strike.
The regime’s responsible(S) in
SANGEROOD said that they wanted to return the mine to ALBORZ COMPANY which is
relative to the industries ministry.
In the interim experts say,” the mine
must be opened otherwise it will be exploded by stored gases.”

45 workers of SHAMS OMRAN’S CONTRACT
COMPANY have been fired out.
According to received news 2 hundred
workers took exception as compared with non-pay wages two weeks ago, at that
time the employers were compelled to pay delayed wages, but after that event
they fired 45 workers on charges of vain!

On the basis of published news from
TEHRAN a number of workers of SHAHO FACTORY gathered in front of the social
security organization in TEHRAN on Wednesday march 16th 2005.
The objector workers asked for
retirement according to the law of hard &prejudicial vacations. Should say the
regime’s responsible(S) in SANANDAJ did not consider labor’s requests therefore
they went to the capital and carried out their gathering there.
All of labor whom participated at the
gathering has more than 20 years service and the law applies to them.

TO WORK
Seven objector labor in G.P.I company
relative to IRAN KHODROO went back to work on Thursday march 10th
2005.
They had been fired out almost 3
weeks ago.
It is necessary to explain that as
the result of labor’s campaign the fired workers could return to work.
